Zemon’s presentation will cover Using Call Center Technology and Home-Based Agents to Lower Costs. Element provides billing services, tech support and a customer service call center for cable, broadband and telecommunications operators using CSG Systems software solutions and in partnership with LiveOps.
“I am thrilled to be chosen to share the latest in call center technology and virtual workplaces with attendees at the 2009 Summit," said Matt Zemon, President, Element Customer Care. “It is an honor to have been selected by the editors at Broadband Properties magazine for the Editor's Choice Symposium Technical and Business Solutions.”
Zemon’s session will cover how to use new call center technology and home-based agents to lower operating costs for providers of all sizes. His presentation will demonstrate how innovations in call center technology can lower costs and increase customer satisfaction through employing US-based home agents as opposed to off-shoring the work. Attendees will walk away with a greater understanding of how they can utilize different technologies in their own call centers, in an outsourced model and in a combination of both. Zemon will be speaking as part of the Broadband Properties Summit, Editor’s Choice Track: Technical and Business Solutions: Symposium II, to take place on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at 4:50 PM.
"With the ability for operators to utilize US home agents, there is no longer a significant economic incentive to move customer service business off-shore," Zemon continues. "Given the current state of the economy and the amount of hard-working Americans looking for jobs right now, I am proud to share our experience and success with the attendees of the Broadband Summit."
