In January 2008, Element Customer Care was selected by the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) as a preferred cable billing and customer care provider for its members. NCTC negotiated the agreement to ensure that all of its members have affordable access to the industry’s leading billing platform.
NCTC member companies continue to face heavy consumer demand and the necessity to provide new products. The need for more robust customer care and billing solutions is greater than ever before. By using Element and CSG, our members can continue to retain a competitive advantage as they better serve their subscribers.
Many larger NCTC members are already CSG customers; this agreement will allow smaller NCTC members to have access to many of the advanced cable billing services and call center support that were previously unavailable to operators of their size.
The NCTC is a not-for-profit cable programming and hardware purchasing cooperative. Founded in 1984, NCTC serves more than 1,100 cable operators throughout the United States. NCTC member companies own and operate cable systems serving 14 million subscribers. NCTC is located in Lenexa, Kansas.
